Mô tả công việc
JOB OJECTIVES
- Develop the sales revenue in Customer Service Department
- Prepare the quotation, contracts, invoices and other paper works as internal procedures
- Consult and answer to customers’ requirement
- Collect data, prepare the related documents and send to customers for monthly service payment
- Check the service contracts, update customers’ information and key in the data in the system
- Collect meter count for billing and send to Finance team for issuing red invoices
- Send invoice to customers and follow up the payment
- Take care and manage the current customers
- Approach customers to sell consumable, toner
- Periodically contact to customers to survey and collect customers’ feedback about the quality of service
- Prepare periodical report as requested
- Other assignments from direct supervisors

- Female only
- Bachelor's degree
- Good in English
- Well organized and high sense of responsibilities
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
