Service Desk Engineer

ABOUT THE JOB
• Follow standard Service Desk procedures
• Provide support for system, hardware, software and network as required
• Patching management
• Responsible for antivirus program maintenance and updates 
• Perform supervision and work with IT department to ensure hard drives are encrypted on endpoints (Data encryption) 
• Monitor and manage log files (in Windows) 
• Manage network access devices 
• Support other domain tasks

ABOUT YOU
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Relevant experience, especially in Service Desk environment
• Proven experience in system, IT and network support 
• Experience in application/software support
• Experience delivering IT support to senior members 
• Familiarity with data encryption is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels via various communication methods
• Agile, able to react and adapt to varied situations
