Service & Support Engineer

- Responsible for implement all operation supervision and maintenance activities related to Cannon’s installed machines at end-users’ facilities.
- Provide training the customer’s operators to improve their knowledge, follow operation instructions and safety regulation.
- Schedule preventive maintenance plan of machines and work instruction for the maintenance activities.
- Keep communication with related Cannon teams for necessary support.
- Other responsibilities as required.
* Report to: Regional Service Manager

• Able to speak and write English
• Instrumentation & Control or electrical engineering background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field; such as oil & gas sector; machinery installation; automation production lines, etc.
• Willing to hands on with pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Good practical knowledge in machineries trouble shooting.
• Siemens PLC/HMI knowledge and handling will be an added advantage.
• Min. Diploma level.
• HCM city resident preferred.
• Able to travel within short notice (within 12 hour notification), to other domestic cities or abroad; e.g. S.E Asia region.
