SEO Specialist

* Report to : Performance Digital Manager
* Work Location : BTJ’s head office

*Job Duties:
- Develop the SEO & SEM plan and execution, budget based on business requirement with clear KPI framework
- Able to define key words for optimization for SEO & SEM, which drive qualified traffic to online digital assets with low bounce rate & high conversion to order
- Well analysis & optimize all search tools in all channels to achieve top ranking in Google searches & others.
- Master Technical & system + master all google tactics/ matrix to continuously optimize the search performance
- Master Google analytic, website platform (well know Magento platform is a big advantages)
- Well coordinate with Content and CRM &,Creative team & Ecommerce team to deliver result as per KPI
- Monitor market, competitor and market trends on regular basis
- Other projects that support required for the company
