SEO Specialist [HCM]

+ Job brief:
Now is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to develop our online presence in Vietnam. We are seeking a hands-on individual with proven experience in organic search of the best practices for both technical and content SEO.

+ Responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional seo, product and development teams to provide/execute SEO best practises.
- Continuously monitor and track SEO performance and conduct an improvement plan which includes both onsite and offsite optimisation.
- Assist cross-functional teams such as Campaign, PR, etc. to produce SEO compliant sites/marketing strategies.
- Technical SEO audit, site analysis, and issues handling.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Conduct competitive site analysis.
- Utilization of Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Other SEO tasks as assigned.

- 2 years of hands-on and proven SEO experience
- Good understanding of technical SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Experience in using SEO and website analytics tools like Google Search Console, Bing webmaster tool, Screaming Frog, ahrefs.com, and Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Sharp attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
