Mô tả công việc
Leads a team that will implement an enterprise-level SEO strategy for both (On-Off Page) and focus White-Hat to optimize organic search traffic for all Phong Vu sale channel, Make sure all strategy and planning are aligned with the company strategy.
Reporting line: To Agent Sales manager
Responsibility
Analyze market search trend to identify important keywords, develop separate strategies for popular keywords as well as long-tail keywords.
Build proper on-page and off-page strategies to increase Online Shop visibility and ensure high-impact indexes in all relevant search engines.
SEO Manager will also be responsible for leading a team and vendors to accomplish:
• SEO content development
• Link development
• On-page audits and implementations
• Training team members;
• Keyword research, mapping and analysis;
• Identifying new opportunities
• Utilizing performance and web analytics data to prioritize next steps for short- and long-term planning purposes
Work with product manager, engineering, design, operations and marketing teams to execute the SEO strategy Drive the continuous refinement and improvement of SEO reporting processes to provide clear actionable reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 5 years experience and proven success in SEO at large consumer-facing website
• Be able prepare executive-ready reporting of SEO campaign performance
• Must have data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions and comprehensive analyses of program performance
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well and drive strategies across functional areas.
• Must have solid experience in web analytics (Adobe/Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, etc.)
• MS Excel advanced user, preferably able to write script to handle large amount of Data.
• Experience with SEO Tools (SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Moz)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and web site coding languages. A thorough understanding of how search engine crawlers and web sites work.
• Ability to work with various types of data to develop and analyze trends and insights
• SQL or scripting experience a large plus
