SEO Lead

As Autonomous’s SEO Lead, you will help to make a plan, investigate, define, prioritize, and execute on opportunities for strategic growth in Organic Search Channel. Starting from a deep audit of Technical SEO performance, identify issues, find root causes, and drive cross-organizational alignment with engineering, product, and content teams to fix any existing issues. Lead efforts to solve complex SEO problems, moving quickly to implement ideas and deliver results. Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad-hoc analytics as needed, and/or help escalate them to drive to resolution.

+ Build the best SEO team in the world.
+ Lead the analysis, review and change recommendations so they are optimized for search engines ranking keywords and organic traffic.
+ Planning & producing scalable content and link building processes aligned with Autonomous brand and product focus, utilizing in house editorial resources, outside on Upwork, Autonomous PR, social media and internal hires as needed.
+ Research opportunities and build proposals for content-driven SEO visibility growth of Autonomous websites (autonomous.ai) and work with product management to bring these proposals to market.
+ Drive the continuous refinement and improvement of SEO reporting processes to provide clear actionable reports.
+ Be able to instruct/negotiate with freelancers on Upwork or Fiverr as needed to provide large scale SEO services such as reporting, content marketing, and links acquisition (guest post, press release, forums seeding, signals building).
+ Lead Weekly and Monthly SEO business reporting. List major callouts and their remedies. Lead the follow up on all major operational actions.

+ Result oriented. Have lots of experienced in SEO is good but know how to rank higher on difficult keywords (>40) is much better. So if you are that person please contact us immediately.
+ Strictly commit to deadline. Do anything to meet the deadline even if it will break relationship with few people (developers, designers, SEO team members, copywriters,etc)
+ Content based. Focus on producing best contents so we can do better than our competitors.
+ Experienced in growing SEO for U.S. market is a PLUS but not required.
+ At least 2 years experience leading SEO teams.
