SEO & Content Team Leader

Brand Direction Management - 75%

• Lead Content – SEO team, bring product pages to top 1 in search engine.
• Create and implement SEO – Content strategy for company stores/products, participate in team’s content activities.
• Research on market, evaluate team and campaign performance.
• Initiate brand idea, set a strong branding foundation in terms of direction and key image.
• Report periodically or in demand.
• Other task assigned by Management Board.

Training & Development - 20%

• Participate in recruitment, on-boarding, training team members activities.
• Cooperate with HR and other Team leader in evaluating and developing people.

Market Research - 05%

• Research the latest trend in the market and platform.
• Stay up to date with technology, platform and regulation updates that relate to company’s business, provide an applicable solution to those updates. 

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO Content for foreign market that use English. Prefer candidates with experience in E-commerce, POD industry, or experience with US-EU customers.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing; have knowledge and ability to build and analyze branding campaign.
• Strong in all 4 English skills, familiar with US-EU culture.
• Strong leadership skill with practical experience; can-do attitude, being diligent, resilient, reliable, funny, good team-working skill. Can handle pressure well.
• Can and will proactively do research; strong data-driven and technology-driven mindset.
• Prefer candidates graduated from top universities (FTU, NEU, RMIT, …) with Marketing/Business Administration major. 

• Fixed Salary: 15.000.000 – 25.000.000 VND/month.
• Incentives: KPI reward (monthly/quarterly/by team performance), Year-end reward, On-the-spot reward, …
• 02 months of probation with 85% fixed salary and separated KPI system.
• Lunch allowance: 500.000 VND/month, by actual attended days.

WORKING HOUR:

• Monday - Friday: 8h – 12h & 13h30 – 17h30
• 2 Saturdays each month: 8h – 12h & 13h30 – 17h30
