Senior Warehouse Staff ( English Speaking)

1. Overall warehouse management (bonded warehouse) including:
Im-ex goods management
- Ensure the instructions of goods exporting and make plan of packing goods to match the schedule.
- Proceed and manage internal systems relating to WH management to ensure the progress of packing goods.
- Control and manage the import/export goods, good practice on FIFO the inventory

2. Manage WH operation
- Ensure the 5s/5s patrol procedure
- Control/double check invoices relating to the WH operation
- Maintain the good relationship with partners of the company

• Paper work relating to WH operation:
- Key in the data into WH management system, and print the stamps
- Proceed and follow up the documents of the import goods (WH leasing contract)
- Issue invoice packing list – export goods
- Double check for the data to be keyed in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

3. Other tasked assigned by immediate supervisor

1. Education / professional /: University graduated.
2. Foreign language / computer skills:
• English & Vietnamese
• Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel) and Word.
3. Ability / skill:
• Communication & people skill
• Responsible, Multitask, Hardworking, & Honest.
4. Year of experience:
• Minimum 1 years or more experience
5. Others:
• Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and team work.
