Senior UI/UX Designer

DFO Global Performance Commerce Ltd - is a rapidly expanding performance marketing agency and technology company that is responsible for some of the most successful and innovative e-commerce campaigns to be launched online. DFO is a global agency, with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, New York, San Diego, De Hague, Manila, Miami, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and enjoys working with a global marketing team to create meaningful digital experiences, all the while supported by our coders and back end developers who will build it- if it can be imagined. We love what we do, and we want a designer who shares our passion.

***Main Responsibilities:

. Be a designer of everything digital (websites, mobile apps, newsletter templates, promotional material, banners, posters, etc.) with razor-sharp design skills.
. Create design deliverables (mockups, flows, UI prototypes, etc) for websites and application.
. Making informed UI decisions based on strong knowledge of current UX best practices, including user research and accessibility across mobile and web.
. Convert user requirements into simple and usable interfaces aligning with business goals.
. Work closely with our development team to manage the design process, track UI issues and ensure that design specifications are implemented.
. Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
. Support in creating creative proposal for websites, marketing collaterals and videos.
. Contribute ideas to video creation and participate in video shooting sessions.
. Analyzing quantitative and qualitative feedback from users and suggest product improvements.

***Your Skills and Experience

. Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience for Web & Mobile application.
. Excellent skills of using a design suite like Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere,…) /Sketch/Figma/Adobe XD,…
. Familiar with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, prototyping, development of UI assets, etc.
. Strong visual design skills from concept to pixel perfect screen mockups.
. Have a working knowledge of responsive design principles.
. Good photography and videography skills.
. Good at video editing, animation, motion graphics.
. Good knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, Javascript is an advantage.
. Good spoken and written command of English

***Nice to have

. Working Knowledge of Analytics / and A/B Testing;
. Experience with, or exposure to, HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
. Been directly involved in designing mobile and/or responsive websites;
. Familiarity with customizing social media channels;
. Ability to do research during any design process;

***Qualifications

. Bachelor Degree in Interaction Design or Human-Computer Interaction or related is highly desirable
. Relevant work experience in UX Research, Product Design, UX design, Visual Design, Graphic Design is an advantage
