Senior Treasurer

Location: Quang Nam Province

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Maintains stewardship for financial assets and debt including overall leadership of the cash management, debt management and investment management functions of the organization and its affiliated entities.
* Ensures the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability.
* Develops and manages strategies, operations, policies and budgets relating to treasury activities.
* Directs development and revision of financial policies for capital structure, working capital, treasury operations, foreign exchange interest rate risk management, and insurance risk management.
* Supervises the maintenance of internal controls designed to safeguard corporate assets and the integrity of its fiscal systems.

* University degree and professional qualifications in Accounting/Finance;
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, in which at least 3 years in Treasury Management
* Knowledge of Vietnam Law and Tax regulation
* Excellent level of English and Vietnamese communication (spoken and written).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Accounting system (SAP) is an advantage
* Ability to work under pressure, ambitious, take ownership, result-oriented, focus in detail and solid leadership skill
