A. Training plan (30%)
- Coordinate with line managers to analyze the training needs to propose the annual training plan.
- Search, evaluate from a variety of external training vendors to select the best one to provide appropriate programs.
- Be able to provide historical data, analysis, solutions, implementation, ongoing execution, and development upon requests.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure training effectiveness.
- Propose countermeasures and improvement actions.
B. Training budget (30%)
- Estimate the budget based on the annual training plan.
- Manage training activities within the approved budget.
- Be able to provide historical data and make periodic reports as requested.
C. Training admin (25%)
- Ensure all training activities in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
- Revise / update / make new Training forms as requested.
- Conduct training programs according to the approved plan.
- Record training forms/documents (both hard copies and soft copies).
- Conduct HR Orientation to new hires.
D. Other task-team projects (15%)
- Cooperate with his/her superiors to execute task-team projects.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR Training
- Good at PC skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc.)
- Good communication in English (both verbal and written)
- Able to make a budget and plan
- Able to work independently and under high pressure
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
