IN BRIEF
Senior Trainer works in close collaboration with the head of Training and is responsible for the operation of the training and quality management of the Training Programs. You are responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering appropriate training programs and evaluating the impact of training. Responsible for ensuring all staff at the resort are trained according to resort standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible help to create specific course content including on-boarding and continuous education partnering with Manager and cross-functional capability subject matter experts
• Responsible to execute innovative solutions to eliminate gaps in business acumen knowledge
• Content development, research, and design for capability curriculum and programs that include instructor led facilitations, self-paced learning, eLearnings, videos, and other methods
• Continually updating assigned training programs
• Responsible for project managing the training programs you are assigned
• Responsible to translate Company and business team strategies and initiatives into training workable programs
• Ability to train groups of up to 25 people at a time, and hundreds of people each month
