KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Liaising with trucking companies and shipping lines to ensure that the numbers of empty containers delivered to ACOM warehouse are adequate, so stuffing of containers takes place during regular working hours, where possible containers to be ready for stuffing by 9.00 am. Stuffing of containers outside of regular working hours have to be authorized by Management.
2. Ensuring that all clients’ documentary requirements are completed and dispatched to buyer within 4 working days of the departure of the vessel.
3. Ensuring that customers are keeping informed on the status of their contracts and provided with daily/ weekly updates when necessary. Keeping them informed of any problem regarding container availability or shipping line issues out of Vietnamese ports.
4. Answering/ acknowledging all emails concerning traffic/ logistic issues within 24 hours of reception. Sending shipment advice and draft B/L to customers within 48 hours of vessel departure.
5. Contact with Mill/Warehouse/Shipping line/Trucking Company on daily basis to arrange cargo to be shipped as soon as possible.
6. Issue invoices, storage instructions, debit note/ credit note on system.
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by the Management Board.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : Degree in related fields such as import-export, international business, logistics.
Experience : Experience in commodities/ export field. Familiar with a variety of the field’s (freight/transportation/supply chain management) concepts, practices, and procedures
Communication: Strong communication skills and problem solving
Other skills: Fluency in English; Negotiation skills; Be able to build business-focused relationships and remaining constructive and supportive even where pushing back on requests;
Able to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Proven ability to direct and lead the work of others.
Experience : Experience in commodities/ export field. Familiar with a variety of the field’s (freight/transportation/supply chain management) concepts, practices, and procedures
