Senior Tourplan Database Supervisor

- Management of Tourplan products and hotel upload 
- Work closely with Tourplan admin support, users, operations, accounts and contract departments.
- Responsible for any user query – software errors, questions, etc.
- Ensuring accurate database
- Tour program (PCM) input in Tourplan
- Agent production costing and also new leads
- Tour and Transfer tariff
- Tourplan trainer for new staff
- Contacting of all ICSG contracting department offices
- Research through all possible sources to retrieve the information required by the team members/other teams to develop the existing products or to build up a new product.
- Deliver messages to COO and management team members about the updates of the hotels/suppliers
- Handle and input stop-sales from hotels and update relevant reports 
- Database entry of new and revised contracts, promotions, and allotments

- Any Nationality– Male or Female
- Minimum 1 year experience in a company with a Tourplan data base upload department. 
- Product Department would be an advantage
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office is an advantage
- Positive attitude
- Able to work individual and in teams
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
