1. Job purpose:
This position will be involved with the entire product lifecycle – requirements, design, review and coding, stabilization, beta, release, and service packs. This position is in QA team and work directly with Project Management, Development, Design, Product Management, and Support. A comprehensive understanding and background in software development and testing methodologies are required.
2. Reporting line: Department Manager, PM and QC Leader
3. Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test plans and work with other members to implement this plan
- Implement automated and manual test cases with a focus on validating complex calculations, scenarios, performance, scalability, migration, memory, security and regression testing as required.
- Participate in the development of QC strategies, schedules, and resource plans in conjunction with Development and Project Management to ensure code coverage, product quality, and scheduling accuracy
- Defect impact analysis and remediation with PM, QC leader
- Review user documentation
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent experience;
- MSSQL and Oracle DBMS experience
- Proven automation skills and experience with scripting language(s) (JScript preferred) using Test Complete, QTP, or a related tool
- Experience with XML, ASP.NET, JScript or C# is preferred
- Ability to write readable and well-documented code
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational and teamwork skills with strong desire and ability to deliver results
- Ability to quantify the fundamental risks and problems associated with implementing software development support processes and to assess, support, and implement process and technology changes
- Possess the ability to define and apply test methodologies/metrics to ensure that the quality guidelines for the product have been met
- Excellent analytic, technical, and diagnostic skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- SW Testing certification is a plus.
