Senior Teller

Functional (job responsibilities) for Senior Teller/Chief Cashier
- To handle all the Outward and Inward Remittances ( including Local and Foreign payment ) received from customers to ensure that highest level of customer services are met while remaining in full Compliance with Internal Control regulations and the State Bank’s laws and regulations.
- To process all the Outward and Inward Payments from the Treasury Department to settle all the trade done by Treasury Department.
- To monitor all the day end reports relating to all the payments making during the day and to provide these reports to Finance and Accounting Department.
- To co-ordinate with Finance and Accounting Department to perform NOSTRO accounts reconciliation on a daily basis to ensure all payments instructions are processed and completed properly.
- To deal with all inquiries from customers and other counter parties related to all the payments and do follow-up to an end in a professional manner.
- To file all the payment orders together with supporting documents in proper order and cross check with daily vouchers
- To support Sale Team and Customer Service Team in obtaining customers’ satisfaction
- To perform add-hoc job assignment which shall be assigned by the management from time to time
- Back up to in charge of accounting tasks during Deputy Branch Manager’s absence


Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
 To assist the Officer to provide satisfactory banking services and operations support to all external and internal customers.

Education/Qualification
 Graduated from University (main subject: banking, finance, accounting, English)
Experience
 To handle customer service
 To handle cash transaction or accounting posts.
Special Skills
 Good speaking English to be able to communicate with foreign customers.
