The role is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for all deposits, withdrawals, foreign currency exchange within the Bank policy and procedures and local regulations. The role is also responsible for contributing to the achievement of business growth via referring sales opportunities to other departments.
The main responsibilities include:
• Provide services to customers by receiving cash deposits, credit card payment and loan payments; receiving payment orders; term break, closing accounts and personal loan discharge
• Reconcile cash drawer by providing cash transactions, counting and packaging currencies
• Strictly follow bank procedures on receipt, hand-over of fulfillment document with sufficient and exact record
• Perform reporting task in timely
• Cross-sell bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotion; directing customers to branch sales

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduates (major in Banking, Economics, Foreign Trade, Finance and Accounting);
• At least 2 years of working experience in teller job
• Sound knowledge of relevant Vietnamese Regulations
• Previous cash handling experience would be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good proficiency in English (Speaking & Writing)
• Customer service and well work in team with high responsibility
