The role of the Contract Senior Technical Recruiter offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a newly-formed Talent Acquisition team responsible for partnering with the business to hire world-class talent. You’ll partner closely with the Hiring Managers primarily in Hardware /Software Engineering, and occasionally other business lines as well. You’ll act as a consultant for all things related to the role which include Job leveling & Title alignment, local laws & compliance, manage the Requisition & Offer approvals, conduct innovative sourcing for niche roles, create efficient and effective evaluation techniques, manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers, and have the confidence and capability to close candidates in a competitive market. This is a 6 month contract role reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition in the U.S. Headquarters.

Responsibilities
• Manage the staffing process ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and the ability to communicate a thorough knowledge of the overall business as well as that of the individual hiring client group that you’re working with
• Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing techniques
• Proven experience using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire niche skills and ‘hard to fill’ roles
• Flexibility to shift gears fast and adapt to a variety of challenges related to a start-up environment
• Proven experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals
• Manage the closing process with candidates which requires skills in active listening, negotiation and follow-through
• Provide a presentation/report on project status and candidate reviews with senior and executive leadership which requires strong capability with Excel / PPT / other tools as needed
• Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate meticulous organization skills
• Local Vietnamese candidates

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition with experience in assessing technical talent (Semiconductor / Hardware Engineering preferred)
• Advanced to expert-level skills with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft tools (Excel/PPT/Word), ATS (Jobvite preferred), HRIS Systems (ie, Netsuite), and a proven ability to learn and effectively use new tools & new processes
• Proficiency in innovative and effective sourcing techniques like online social and professional networks, targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, employee referral engagement, diversity outreach, and other methods
• Demonstrated ability to navigate in a matrixed organization to identify and build excellent relationships with HR partners, decision-makers and employees with high degree of urgency

Education:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
