Job Description
• Manages and oversee the design coordination during the planning stage of the project making sure that the designed consultants are achieving the deliverables on time and the design are optimise based on the required and approved parameter.
• Develop the detailed planning, scheduling and cost estimate of the project.
• Assist CD Director in the prequalification, review and selection of qualified contractor, supplier and product that that are best suited to the project considering cost, quality and time.
• In charge for the tracking of construction development by gathering data from the site managers and engineer and will analyse the progress and will determine if the project is on track or not and will inform the project team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly update reports to CD Director
• Manages, review/audit the project documentation, making sure that these are in accordance with the requirements of the MOC.

Education Background
Graduate of Bachelor of Science Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture
* Required Skills/Experience
Has been directly involved from the start until completion of the construction of at least two (2) high-rise buildings (at least 20 stories high) as Senior Civil/Structural Engineer or Coordinator,
Must be proficient in the use of Computer eg: MS Office software and Auto Cad.
*Years of Experience Required
At least five (5) years of continuous experience in Senior Civil/Structural Coordination position
* Other requirements
Must be able to read, write and speak English well.
Must be able to work for extended hours of the night and even during Saturdays and Sundays as required by the Project.
