Senior Teacher Training

** KEY ROLES:
- Training Teachers to ensure the quality teacher training.
- Develop Training and Development Techers team.

** RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively coordinating with the Center Directors / Curriculum Manager to identify the training needs;
- Developing and overseeing the delivery of the training programmes to ensure training meets teaching standards of school;
- Developing and coaching the training and development team to ensure the team is motivated and staying abreast of the new trends and tools in teaching English.

** JOB TASKS:
1. Teacher training:
- Plan and deliver high quality English language workshop for teachers.
- Provide training for foreign teachers and conducting orientation sessions for new Teachers
- Develop, evaluate and improve the teacher training program.
- Plan for developing training and development team
2. Teacher evaluation:
- Coordinate with Foreign Teacher Team leaders and Center Directors to evaluate the foreign teachers through classroom observations, i.e. new teachers’ final evaluation and current teachers’ annual evaluation.
- Review the existing evaluation system as required to ensure its consistency with the teaching standards.

1) Qualification: University Degree
2) Major: English/ English teaching/ English Linguistics
3) Certificate: Celta / Tesol /Tefl
4) Experience: At least 2 years in teaching English and 1 years in Teacher Training
5) Background knowledge: Teaching methodology,
6) Skills:
- Communication skill

- Others Well-developed and up-to-date knowledge on English teaching methodology
