Senior Tax Consultant – Tax Controversy

Work you’ll do:

Tax Senior is responsible for working with clients, Vietnamese tax authorities and other State administration authorities; ensure efficient delivery of tax services to clients.

Key Accountabilities:

- Has a good knowledge of Vietnamese tax law system and good understanding on tax authority’s structure and operation.
- Understanding of accounting, tax and economic issues influencing Vietnamese tax environment and business transactions;
- Has good working ability in a tax authority-facing role
- Has a good ability of working with people and working under high pressure;
- Develops and maintains distinct relationships with peers at client organizations and tax authorities;
- Researches and recommends opinions and solutions on tax issues to tax managers
- Identifies leads through existing relationships and exhibits the ability to make appropriate contacts.
- Identifies areas of engagement efficiency improvement.
- Communicates decisions and performance expectations clearly and keeps team members well informed.

Preferable work experience:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Tax field;
- Experience working for tax authorities would be an advantage;

Education and Licenses:

- Bachelor degree with an emphasis in Accounting, Finance or Foreign Trade.
