Senior Tax Accountant

• Senior Tax Consultant is responsible for completing various tax reports (CIT, VAT, TP and Foreign Contractor Tax…), managing e-invoice system and analyzing tax risk and proposing appropriate trade/ business structure for the company.
• This position will closely work with Tax, Finance and Accounting Manager, each business function and outside stakeholders.
• Senior Tax Consultant is expected to work with colleagues in operational accounting field, where he/she is required to understand/ quickly learn the accounting software metrics to retrieve and reconcile monthly/ yearly data for provisional tax declaration and finalization.
• Have chance to multiply involve in Finance analysis projects of existing/ new products or business structures for diversifying professional working expertise.
• Prepare and complete tax declaration for major tax and duties (CIT, VAT, TP, Foreign Contractor Tax…).
• Routinely report tax filing history with risk analysis to the Management.
• Reconcile tax debts with local tax authority on a quarterly/ annual basis.
• Deal with FS audit and tax audit and queries from both inside and outside stakeholders.
• Check all important updates in Vietnamese tax regulations and take them into account for business operation.
• Analyze opportunity to optimize the tax expense for company by reviewing business structure and contracts.
• Responsible for educating other colleagues on tax compliance.
• Revise procedures by developing and streamlining procedures and worksheets for minimizing tax errors
• Play as PIC in connecting other relevant divisions to conduct/ lunch new product campaign.

• Good command of listening, speaking and writing both of Vietnamese and English.
• Must have good knowledge and experiences in tax computation and declaration as well as audit in corporate or major accounting consulting firms.
• Around 2-4 year experience in tax field, especially CIT.
• Strong accounting/ audit background will be preferred.
• Capable of using or learning to use SAP/ Oracle system.
• Have a high curiosity in finance, accounting and tax tasks.
