Job overview
We look for high-performing, hyper-efficient talents to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will play an important role to the lead our technical hiring delivery and promote Global CyberSoft - A Hitachi Consulting Company recruitment brand name.

Responsibility
• Work closely with the TA Manager and Hiring Managers to implement recruiting strategy
• Be in charge of an end-to-end recruitment procedure for our technical hiring request
• Play to key role to initiate all potential recruitment resources
• Build and implement activities to broadcast brand name of company for talent attraction
• Welcome and conduct the orientation training for new hires
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports

Requirements
• B.S/M.S in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related major
• At least 2 years of internal recruiting experience or headhunting service, preferred in IT industry
• Familiarity with online job searching websites (VietnamWorks, ItViec, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking system
• Proficiency in MS Office and English
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills
• Be Responsible and proactive team player
• Ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of IT industry is a big advantage
