JOB SUMMARY
Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for executing the process of talent sourcing, hiring and selection, employer branding activities in order to supply the business with a pipeline of high caliber talent that harvest strong business performance, reflecting the organization’s employee value proposition and talent acquisition policies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Talent Sourcing:
- Responsible for Talent sourcing strategies that supports a pipeline of high caliber talent for the organization .
- Connect and engage with key targeted Universities/Colleges to build up the pool of students and fresh graduates.
- Develop internal database resource and maintain accurate records in the recruitment database concerning the job order fulfillment to continuously increase the professional service level
Hiring & Selection process:
- Ensure to build, maintain and develop talent pool which will be developed through internal sources, networking, advertising, referrals.
- Work with hiring managers/ internal stakeholders to conduct recruitment process from Consultant level to Deputy Manager level.
- Search resumes, screen candidates, conduct interviews, prepare candidates shortlists with quality interview assessment, assist employment process for Consultant to Deputy Manager level
- Exchange timely and necessary information for the related internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Admin) in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; Ensure good coordination to deliver the high quality experience to the candidates and hiring managers
Data Analytics:
- Analyze data related to Performance & Potential Defining to understand internal & external performance status.
- Analyze data related to Service Level Agreement to ensure reach the company target.
- Analyze hiring successful rate, attrition rate, on-boarding satisfaction rate for process improvement.
Employer Branding:
- Take part in Talent Ambassador project to promote Talentnet’s Employee Value Proposition
- Conduct Employer Branding activities to leverage the interest of HR industry and position of Talentnet as a “Talent Hub” via social media platforms.
On-boarding Process:
- Take part in developing practical on-boarding processes to help new comers to understand the business context, their role and how they can move to performance mode to deliver business result in a shortest time possible

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in any fields, but preferably in human resources and/or business administration.
Experience:
- Essential: At least 5 years of working experience in talent acquisition role
- Desirable: General HR knowledge, interview technique and assessment methodology
Abilities/ Skills:
- Highly-motivated, open-hearted and positive attitude.
- Professionalism, strong work ethic.
- Emotional intelligence and ability to manage multiple stakeholders expectations/ demands.
- Well-organized, ability to do multi-tasks and result-oriented.
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in MS office.
