Oversee national recruitment activities; monitor recruitment and selection process
Coordinate to ensure timely completion of the recruitment schedule and plan
Lead and coordinate recruitment activities/ initiatives (eg. job fair, etc)
Sourcing candidates and execute the recruitment and selection process & ensure the quality of people being recruited to meet the company's standards

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 02 year experience at the same position (Especially in IT/Digital technology Recruitment)
- University Degree
- Good in English ( 4 skills) and good knowledge of HR
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong negotiation skills, Ability to deal sensitive with confidential material
- Strong time management skills
- Self- management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
- Team player
