Working place: Viettel Complex Building, 285 CMT8, Ward 12, District 10, HCMC
What You'll Do
- Managing end to end Recruitment that includes sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
- Mainly focusing on culture interview, working closely with hiring managers to understand overall needs and requirements, conducting recruitment activities.
- Able to get a pool of candidate through multiple channels – references, networking, database, Linkedin, etc…
- Develop recruiting strategies based on business requirements to source specific technical and professional candidates.
- Maintain market knowledge, employment trends, and recruiting strategies to attract highly desired talent.
- Participate in recruitment knowledge sharing & best practices.
- Perform comprehensive research to provide extensive data analysis to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize recruiting process to reach the better practice, maintain and develop recruiting channels according to business needs.
- Support other work assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager

What You'll Need
- At least four (4) years of experience in recruitment field
- Good interview and evaluation skills and understand of recruitment process
- Good command in using MS. Office software
- Good interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Detailed-oriented, customer-service-oriented.
- Good at English is a plus,
- Be able to work under high pressure
