Senior System Engineer – Security Camera System

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Products: http://security.panasonic.com/pss/security/library/products.html
• Provide high-quality pre-sales technical consultation and support such as system design and system configuration to our business partners
• Conduct high level & in-depth presentations on proposed solutions tailored to customers & prospects in the event and meeting
• Conduct training with the material preparation for customer and our business partners
• Provide high-quality after-sales technical consultation with warranty and maintenance support to our bisiness partners
• Support for marketing activities includes preparation and setting up in seminars, workshops, road shows, products shows … etc.
• Conduct competitors and security market analysis
• Source for partners and support for these partners to integrate system with 3rd party products
• Liaise with technical department in Singapore, Japan and the region to develop security solutions for Vietnam market
• Go business trip both overseas and domestically
• Proactively engaging and expanding activities in provinces to develop new sales channel – Dealers Tier2, Tier 3 (by yourself or together with Premier partners).

* Working place: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Str., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi

• University graduate: Telecommunications & Electronics, hardware & software, Networking
• At least 3 years' experience in same position
• Having 2-3 years' working experience in Security system (Surveillance system & Access control system) and networking system
• Project business experience
• Strong at Analog and IP surveillance system
• Experience in ELV system (CCTV, LAN, PABX,PA …) is priority
• Experience in solution solving, professional display, projector or IPTV system
• Technical knowledge for IP networking
• Good skill in hardware and software to ensure system smooth operation
• Capable of carrying training to customers
• Communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in writing and speaking English for daily work with overseas support team
• Good at Microsoft office: Excel, Word , Powerpoint
• Good at AutoCAD program
• Able to work independently and good teamwork spirit
• Experience in international working environment
• Experience in working with Telecom carrier in Vietnam
• CCNA certificate is an advantage.
