Senior System Engineer in Swiss Company (Salary $1400 - $1800)

Looking for a challenging but rewarding role in a fast-growing international office? We’re looking for Experienced Microsoft system engineers.
You are required to Bring related knowhow,certifications and work experience.

Implement and maintain MS server platforms
• Ensure best practice and cost efficient setup
Cloud Solution Implementation, Operation and Management
• Support our clients' journey to the cloud in a young, dynamic team
Monitor infrastructure and systems
• Improve uptime. Find proactive resolution to potential issues
• Timely respond to incidents
Ensure optimal quality
• Maintaining ownership of reported issues
• Optimal communication, supporting fast resolution of tickets
Provision of support, troubleshooting assistance and technical advice
Operate and manage the global infrastructure
Liaising with vendors and partners
Ensuring documentation of infrastructure and systems
Share functional responsibilities within team
Perform other duties as required
Collaboration with Field engineers in Europe
Routine health-checks and proactive monitoring of network environments
Constant optimisation of monitoring and alarming tools
Teamwork and communication with Wide Vietnam and Switzerland Teams to ensure project delivery
Participation in ON-Call Duty
Documentation of implementation and changes

Qualifications:
• Advanced English communication skills
• At least 5 years of proven experience as IT support and system engineer
• Valid and up to date Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, RedHat or other certification
• Ability to work under pressure with tight dead-lines
• Analytical and logical thinking

Professional Competencies
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server Platform
• OS, AD, Exchange, SQL
Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Azure Directory
Competencies to fulfill functional responsibilities
Client Infrastructure experience
• Desktops, Thin Clients operation and management
• Data Protection (Backup) and Security
Virtualization
• VMware or HyperV Operation and management experience
Infrastructure knowledge
• Servers, Network and Communication requirements and experience
Backup and security solutions for corporateinfrastructure

Knowledge and experience in the following technologies is an advantage:
• Citrix XenApp Platform
• VMware Virtualization
• Linux networking administration
