Senior Supply Chain Management

1. Operative responsible management of supply for a specified assortment, also as operative interface to suppliers
- Material planning and procurement of the assigned assortment (incl. Follow-up of timely and sufficient supply, with supplier correspondence)
- Processing of direct shipments
- Answering of Customers´ availability inquiries (via Customer service)
- Material planning and control of kitting orders for customer orders and stock replenishment, capacity planning for kitting operation
- Maintenance of SCM relevant master data (phase-in/out, novelties, promotions)
- Responsibility for KPI "delivery service" and "inventory" in the assigned assortment. Avoidance of associated cost, ensuring the target delivery service at minimized inventory. Monitoring risks, initiating risk mitigation; handling and answering sales inquiries
- Close cooperation with 3PL logistics ("Kerry Vietnam"), sales, global SCM, Product management, including a coordinating "Task force role" for clarification of diverse operative questions
- Administration of the sales Forecast (which is updated in responsibility of the Zwilling group companies + sales managers) with support by global SCM Solingen
Interface management WMS/ERP (Odoo / SAP)

2. Reporting / Analysis tasks
- Updating of material planning parameters by guideline of GSCM (reorder points, min. order quantities, stock guarantees)
- Monitoring of assortment sales/ Highlighting of underperforming items, proposal for discontinuation
- Cooperation in creation of supplier Forecasts
- Manages the different aspects of the supply chain;
- Follow forecasting process and manages Forecast Accuracy;
- Monitors delivery performance of production centers. Avoid of associated cost, ensuring the target delivery service at minimized inventory. Monitoring risks, initiating risk mitigation;
- Maintain SCM relevant master data (phase-in/out, novelties, and promotions). Optimizes inventories, follow guidelines from superior;
- Monitors and improves on time delivery performance to customers;
- Manages the third party logistics service provider performance, including transportation, customs, inventory accuracy and HES compliance;
- Close cooperation with 3PL logistics, sales, global SCM, Product management, including a coordinating "Task force role" for clarification of diverse operative questions
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Education requirements: Bachelor degree, preferably in Material Planning / SCM
- Mastering processes of material planning including planning dependencies and logistical processes
- Independent, strong collaborator, communicative with strong problem solving skills
- Deep application knowledge in ERP applications (like SAP or Odoo) and MS Office
- Fluent in business English (oral+ written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (and know when to lead and when to follow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills including oral, written, and presentation
- A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
- An ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges
