Senior Supply Chain Executive

- In charge of import-export shipments and ensure compliance to local and foreign authorities for trade related.
- Handle ordering process between Sales team and production plant, manage open orders, push Orders from Sales to fulfill Order – Target – In Hand.
- Lead the process for stock replenishment in overall for the whole inventory by brand and channels.
- Improve delivery lead time by strengthen effectiveness of each step in the whole process.
- Supervise the team: Demand Planner, Supply Planner, POSM inventory control Executive.
- Evaluate KPI of all vendors and partners.
- Furnish reports requested by management.

- Take part in SC’s projects:
1. Coordinate with different channels to formulate total demand
2. Manage intake plan including the correction made due to constraints after agreement with commercial, collection, and manufacturing team
3. Manage channel inventory performance and oversees imbalance occurred to channels through a set of management dashboards

- Supervise Demand Planning related tasks:
1. Follow up open orders with production team monthly to ensure the open order quantity is captured correctly after each delivery.
2. Work with accounting team and Germadept to balance stock between GMD and SAPO.
3. Manage open orders between sales forecast by Channel and placed PO to push sales to place orders.
4. Cooperate in physical stock checking and clear stock discrepancy.
5. Review KPI of production team on goods delivery compared to agreed qty/delivery schedule.
6. Manage stock allocation to stores and stock aging to propose timely action by sales team.

- Supervise Supply Planning related tasks:
1. Work with accounting team to balance stock between GMD and SAPO on supply movements.
2. Optimize delivery plan: basing on targeted Sales by brand and channel, work with GMD for operation plan to best meet market’s demand and optimize stock level.
3. Manage KPIs of transporter and make sure all deliveries are properly met customers’ demand at lowest cost.
4. Make detailed comparison for the difference between targeted POs and month-to-date delivery to propose necessary actions to clear the difference.

- Supervise POSM warehouse related:
1. Manage demand and delivery to requesters, ensure stock balance.
2. Make sure all movements are documented and followed corporate’s process.
3. Manage KPI of vendors for delivery to requested points.
4. Supervise on daily operation of warehouse movements.
5. Manage demand from sales and ensure timely delivery to DC and projected points.

Total years of experience 5-7 years
Advanced analytics; proficient with numbers
Advanced Excel skills
Experience in downstream (factory), and inventory management
Experienced in demand forecasting
Prior exposure in production planning will be an advantage
Good communication skills
