Mô tả công việc
1 - Supervise warehouse team and control KPI as inventory control, delivery performance…and goals. Plan, organize, execute, review to achieve the goals and comply with Company regulations, international and local laws.
2 - Supervise warehouse operation as goods receive, storage, goods issue, packing, delivery, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISOs, EMS, TS16949, CSR, EICC to meet customer requirements, and standards.
3 - Ensure the application of policy, procedure, processes and instructions for warehouse operation to use effectiveness of resources and improve efficiency.
4 - Act as coordinator for using optimize space, cooperate with related sections to reduce stock, inventory stock & warehouse report.
5 - Supervise and control warehouse facilities as forklifts, barcode system…and ensure it’s available for operation. Training and coaching subordinates, and performance assessment.
6 - Work with forwarders to process delivery & receive goods, components on time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1 - EDUCATION: Graduated from College up
2 - EXPERIENCE: at least 5 year-experience at the same position in a manufacturing company
3 - OTHERS:
* Good knowledge and skills of manufacturing processes, warehouse management.
* Procedures, processes, standards, instructions creation skills
* International and local laws.
* English (oral and written), Work planning, Problem-solving, Training, Coaching, Leadership and managerial skills
* Kaizen and innovation skills, Knowledge SAP
