Senior Supervisor

***Job Purpose
Job holder is responsible for system processing & monitoring of recruitment, licensing, movement, information update, termination, hierarchy records for Partnership & bancass channels.

***Major Accountabilities
Handle PD new channels’ recruitment & training & movement process, including:
- Receive and validate advisors’ documents/information for recruitment, licensing, movement, information update, termination and businesses hierarchies.
- Contact point to collaborate & provide support to PD & bancass.
- Record & manage such transactions above into system.
- Co-work with related departments – Reporting & compensation, F&A, Ops, IT, A&P to assure sale quality and provide best service/support to Sale force
- Contribute operating process & system enhancement

***Performance Indicators
Key KPI:
- BAU: Accuracy & Efficiency (Error rate, TAT, productivity)
- New channel launching: what and how contribution to process/system enhancement/data provided.
- Effective co-ordinate with IT to manage data provided from system’s records.

***Specialized Knowledge/Skills
- Insurance knowledge/experience (LOMA 280, 290 are required)
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office, strong ability for access & excel)
- English is preferable
- Logical thinking and analysis ability
- Effective communication
- Strong collaboration & negotiation

***Education and Experience
- University graduate, prioritize economics/finance/banking
- Insurance Experience of working independently in high pressure and team working spirit.
- Distribution administration experience is preferable
- PD administration experience is a preferable
- Experience of making sale reports.
