Department: Projects
Reports to: Director / Managing Director
• Structural and Civil Design to International and Local Standards
• Assistance with Cost Planning and agreement of the Project Budget
• Checking design constructability and sufficiency for construction
• Preparation of and compliance with the systems laid down in the Company quality control system aimed at ISO 9000.
• Reviewing contractors and suppliers shop drawings
• Co-ordination of approval of contractor proposed materials and equipment
• Tendering evaluations and analysis
• Final checking of tender documents
• Final calculation of C&S system
• Final preparation of specifications and technical schedules
• Drafting of minutes, correspondence etc.
• Transmission of Drawings, documents and keeping of records
• Performing other duties as assigned by Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Level of Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant Field
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD
• Good English skill
• Practicing license in relevant field is an advantage
• Revit experience is an advantage
Job Location: HCMC Office and Project Sites
