Senior Structural Designers

As a Senior Structural Designer, you will be responsible for performing complex structural analysis, designing tasks and modeling assignment for a variety of building types, sizes and materials as well as the management from conceptual design to final construction documentation as detail bellows:
- This position is to do the design, documentation and presentation from design to construction to meet the client’s requirement.
- Structure designs are for a variety of building types, which include hi-rise building, commercial and residential buildings, factory
- To verify and check the stability and safety of structure design, method statements and other related jobs.
- To be responsible in quality of structure design.

* Responsibility:
- To be familiar with the practice and relevant Vietnamese and international design standards.
- To complete design studies, design reports, designs, technical specifications, cost estimates and other design functions as required by the Company.
- At each stage of the designs, work with internal departments (Architect, M&E, QS) to provide reports, documents presentation to clients, construction specifications and third party review.
- Experiences working in consultancy firm is an advance.

- Advanced technical knowledge of the Vietnamese construction industry, local and international standards and codes
- University Degree with relevant Civil Faculty
- At least 10 years of working experience or above
- Must have practicing license or professional registration
- Able to work creatively to reach solutions to complex problems.
- Team work, good communication skill, well-organized
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluently English is needed
- Proficiency in Revit is advanced .
