Senior Strategic Planning

Job Summary: Carry out and be involved in both Operational and Strategic action plans for business. Provide business solutions when in need with a passionate and opened mindset.

Main tasks
- Assist regional directors in managing team KPI, oversee the daily operations of sales team, operations team, or other teams depending on business needs.
- Proactively develop operation plan and new strategies for the project to effectively achieve growth target, increase active user base, and transfer existing users to paid users with limited resources and time.
- Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth implementation of change in SOPs.
- Identify issues and problems in the operation process, take corrective action as necessary and
implement changes of SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly or ad-hoc reports to management on business development,
manpower plan, stats analysis or forecast, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders both internally and externally to promote our products in the country.

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in any fields. Prefer oversea education.
- 0-5 years of working experience
- Demonstrated strategic planning and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical skill and able to make judgment based on logical reasons
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner, adaptive and flexible
- Committed, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement
- Ability to work well under pressure
