Making PO, follow up delivery schedule from oversea, update the incoming materials to stock.
- Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving import shipment on time, efficiently to ensure material are available for production.
- Prepare export document and export declarations for EPE’s customer
- Arrange delivery plan to deliver goods to domestic’s customer
- Make and manage liquidation for manufacturing and processing export declarations.
- Frequently update the laws and regulations related to customs procedures to consult Board of Director
- Summarizing forwarder’s fees and make analysis to report
- Other tasks as requirements.
