Duties and Responsibilities
Payable Accounting
- Checking and follow up supporting documents of the Payment Vouchers to ensure that all accurate and on time
- Verifying payment voucher on the system and on CitiDirect Online to ensure that all of the information amount must be accurate with the supporting documents.
- Follow-up outstanding issues/errors of document to make sure things done as policy company
- Bank book update, reconciliation and checking against the bank statement
- Other adjustment payment
- Checking policy holder will be paid timely, accurately, and completely
- Verifying policy holder on CAS system before payout
- Reversal policy holder on CAS system for the remittance return
Reporting
- Prepare cash flow for the operation accounts with thoroughly checking and reconciliation with actual payment voucher and pre-paid to make use of the available cash
- Prepare weekly cash balance and internal transfer to other bank to ensure the available cash
- Other ad-hoc reporting and tasks

PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION

COMPUTER PROFICIENCY

COMPETENCIES
Carefully and able to work under high pressure
Willing to study
Good English speaking and writing.
Ability to manage/ handle daily business activities
Ability to work under high pressure conditions
Has a good working habits/ tidy
Co-operative, team working skills.
