Senior Special Event Supervisor

1. Conceptualize, plan, organize and execute major company local events including rallies, seminars and recognition events at big size of scale from 5,000 and up to 10000 participants
- Platinum Seminars at small size of scale from 100 – 200 people at luxury venues with purpose to share information to high level distributors.
- Rallies at big size of scale from 5,000 – 10,000 people at large areas such as stadium with purpose to have guest speaker sharing with performances.
2. Conceptualize, plan and organize major company overseas events such as ALS trips
- Coordinate externally and internally for logistic arrangement.
- Complete operational tasks as assigned by up-line.
3. Documentation of events
- Produce accurate and timely weekly/ monthly reports regarding events’ organization.
- Keep clear and systemized records of expenditure.
- Maintain accurate costing sheets.
4. Build and maintain rapport with both internal and external customers
- Constantly contact and keep relationship with service institution such as hotels, restaurants, travel agencies … to receive latest update on products, services, promotions for current and future uses.
- Constantly communicate with related departments to keep them up-to-date with company’s events

- Bachelor graduated with major in English Linguistic, Economics, Business Administration or related area.
- 06-08 years of working experience in administration or event organizing.
- Good Customer Service skills.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written forms, both English and Vietnamese.
- Be creative in proposing new ideas for events.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Understanding about finance and/ or budget controlling is an advantage.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
