• Reporting to regional senior sourcing director, Asia Pacific
• Managing a team of sourcing professionals in the Vietnam office
• Managing supply & demand planning, order fulfillment & vendor management
• Working closely with other sourcing counterparts including sales, production, product development team.
• Working closely with regional sourcing team located in their regional office in Hong Kong.
• Driving operation efficiency, improving product margins, cost and operational efficiency.

• University graduate preferably from business or engineering
• Footwear sourcing experience is definitely a plus
• 7 years or more experience in sourcing operations or production
• Able to work in a dynamic multi national corporation environment
• Solid English language and presentation skills
