Title: Developer or Senior Developer
Role Summary:
Design and develop new functions and features to the JointHire platform used by the business side. Work as part of the JointHire Development Team and be part of our business as well.
Role Details:
- Participate in developing and maintaining company's products (web applications and mobile native applications) using: Ruby on Rails, MySQL, javascript, Solr, AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning).
- Receive requests from PM, coordinate with other members to develop products and report weekly.
- Build solutions, design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement, and support product applications and integrations according to business requirements.
- Create documentation for newly developed features on the products if requested.
- Related tasks assigned by PM.
- Provide experienced suggestions and input for the development of features and tools for the products.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on coding web applications in Ruby on Rails.
- Minimum 1 year experience on coding native mobile applications.
- Experience on SQL database, such as MySQL.
- Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ
- Understanding of REST APIs, TCP/IP, Websocket, and offline storage like Realm, SQLite
- Experience with third-party libraries like Redux, React Native Navigation, Firebase
- Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
- Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
- Experience with native language like Java, Kotlin or Swift is a plus
- Solr experience is a plus
- AI (Machine Learning, Deep Learning) experience is a plus
Compensation:
- Competitive salary: Based on candidate's ability. (To be discussed during the interview.)
