DFO is currently seeking a Senior Software and IT Recruiter with a passion for recruitment and finding world class talent related to software development, IT and Customer Services. You must know all the ins and outs of Vietnam Human Resources rules and regulations and have a proven track record of managing recruitment and retention.
Requirements and General Skills
• Develop recruitment plans and job descriptions
• Design and execute of recruitment advertisements to maximize growth potential
• Source candidates through social networks, recruitment portals and other tools, assessing and selecting talent
• Coach and support managers in talent acquisition policies, practices and standards in alignment with the vision and strategies of the company.
• Proactively work with hiring managers to review their talent pool and operational needs
• Inbound & outbound telephony screening of applicants
• Administratively support to applicants at each stage of the recruitment and vetting process
• Assist Hiring Managers with interviewing of applicants
• Develop and maintain a personal network of contacts for candidates and referral sources to support effective recruitment strategies
• Draft HR letters and offers
• Follow up on-boarding and orientation process
