Mô tả công việc
The job objective is to take responsibility for project expansion, project development and project management.
1. Business Development in terms of project management
• Research market and upcoming projects information
• Track status as well as future plans of real estate developers
• Conducting an analysis of market trend and competitors’ status
• Negotiate with partners to gain advantages for a deal
• Follow up with partners to track status of projects, construction plan of building
2. Report conducting
• Propose projects feasibility in order for investment consideration
• Analyze performances of projects opened
Legal tasks and administration
• Prepare Letter of Interest (LOI), Leasing Proposal and other assigned project documents;
• Review the terms and conditions & preparing MOU (English and Vietnamese)
• Translation and review translation of signed MOU and Lease Agreement to ensure Vietnamese translation accurately reflects the English version and contradictory tasks
• Keep track of changes in the contract negotiation progress
• Follow up and managing all signed MOU and signed Lease Agreement, including all amendments, payment schedules, other contractual documents in both hard-copy and scanned e-file
• Perform translation for documents received from governmental authorities and documents signed by management of the company for submission to governmental authorities (per request)
3. Others
• Provide project management support to the team per request
• Work on projects as assigned
• Other jobs which are assigned by Director and Manager related to Admin

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education background
• Graduate from university with major of Business Administration, Law, Finance
Working Experience
• At least 3 years’ experiences in Leasing, Site Development, Business Development, Real Estate with similar roles
Required Competencies
• Good written and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Excellent in Office Applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Other qualifications
• Can travel and work extra hours needed when required
• Graduate from university with major of Business Administration, Law, Finance
