Job summary: Oversee Shipping Operation performance, owner of shipping KPI, the availability of consumables for packaging and cost control
Primary duty: Supervise the personnel of shipping area, planning and facilitating the team’s work in line with objectives, OTD focusing, IC, cost optimization
Second duty: DQ handing, 5S, Safety, EHS
Key Responsibilities
1. Support and substitute of operations manager role
2. Ensure the fulfilment of customer orders in due time
3. Report defective material and questionable condition of equipment
4. Manpower management for shift operations
5. Continuous improvement of shipping process
6. Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition, 5S
7. Contribute and adhere to safety and quality
8. Communicate status of operations in a timely manner to management including any safety or process problems
9. Monitoring the cost of operations (Inventory, OT, Maintenance)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
Required: Bachelor`s degree in relevant field
Preferred: Graduate from University of Economics, Foreign languages, Foreign Trade
2. Experiences: 3-4 years of experience in warehouse management
3. Skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast changing environment
• High sense of continuous improvements and cost optimization
• Ability to recognize the abnormalities in the daily operations and resolve those.
• Negotiation skill
4. Others
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written for daily communication
• SAP sales & distribution module is preferred
