Mô tả công việc

Job Summary:
Reports directly to Seller Experience (CX) Team Leader and bring the best service to sellers
Responsibilities:
• Providing feedback promptly to seller inquiries in professional manner (phone, email)
• Speaking on the phone (Inbound & Outbound calls)
• Following-up seller inquires
• Finding the answers/solutions to seller queries/issues
• Handling and resolving seller complaints/disputes
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external departments

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, express experience is a plus
• Friendly manner, can-do attitude and willingness to help at all times
• Customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills (both in verbal and written Vietnamese / English)
• Good problem-solving skill
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet and Power Point
• Team player: able to work well with team members in a high pressure
