Mô tả công việc
• Work according to the Export process:
o Handle shipment as per SOP, HI
o Receive booking from customer
o Check with Overseas Agents/ Local Sales
o Book with Shipping lines
o Send confirmed booking to customer
o Issue HBL
o Have S/L issued MBL
o Send pre-advice to Overseas Agent
o Arrange trucker and warehouse requirements ( if request)
o Monitor and confirm Departure / Arrival of freight
o Enter all charges and profit shares
o Close file, pass invoices and credit memos
o Post information on system
• Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines
• Assist in supplier and customer queries
• Arrange collections
• Contribute to development of team
• Assure timely billing as per company policy
• Do more assigned jobs by Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of customs.
- Preferably knowledge of sea freight industry and processes.
- Familiar with and well able to work within the import/export process
- Knows supplier conditions, deliver terms, Inco terms and purchasing conditions
- Knows risk and insurance terms
- Familiar with and able to work with the company’s quality and environmental policies
- Good knowledge of computer system, both import/exports and invoicing
- Knowledge of Customs tariff
- Good communication skills
- Financial awareness
- Able to manage own working time effectively
- Knowledge of service levels expected by clients – able to deliver them!
- Local language and English
- Knowledge of customs.
