WHAT WE CAN OFFER
- 13th month salary, KPI Bonus;
- Annual Performance Review;
- Internal Discount for employees (~50%) when dining at 4P‘s stores (Pizza 4P‘s, Ippudo, About Life Coffee, etc.);
- Team Building activites & Company trip;
- Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 - Monday - Friday;
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
1. Procurement:
- Manage procurement Purchase order of Equipment and Tools: Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets;
- Responsible for both domestic and imported Equipment & Tools;
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, and delivery or invoice issues;
- Sourcing supplier for Equipment and Tools items when demand arises: Irregular request, Project, New Store opening;
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
2. Planning & Strategy:
- Work with Operations and New Store Development team to prepare budget of Equipment and Tools for New store opening;
- Conduct Supplier Selection and Negotiation to ensure cost-saving, efficient and effective purchase;
- Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement;
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible.
3. Supplier Management:
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and ensure good communications;
- Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods;
- Assess and evaluate suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities.
4. Others;
- Support and coach the Junior SCM Officer to enhance their career and professional development;
- Be organized and update the immediate supervisor about the progress of individual goals.

ARE YOU OUR "FIT"?!
- 2-3 years of experience in SCM field, SCM experience in F&B field is advantage;
- Business level English and Native level Vietnamese;
- Result-oriented mind-set;
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;
- Strong negotiation skill with the parties such as supplier, restaurant staff;
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication & analytical skill, and problem solving skill;
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment;
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed;
- Positive attitude & high level of maturity.
