Senior SAP System Analyst

The job-holder will perform tasks relating to SAP Consultant Sales & Distribution module as follows:

Operations support:
• Assist SAP users in handling daily transactions, month-end, and year-end closings;
• Communicate with the SAP CoE team to resolve SAP issues.

Change management:
• Engage with business teams to improve the current business processes in SAP Logistics modules including SD and WMS;
• Identify and propose the new business processes to the business teams;
• Support configuration and assist in functional change request;
• Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality;
• Keep the Local Business Blueprint (BBP) up-to-date;
• Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards;
• Collaborate with the SAP CoE Team to rollout the new business processes and SAP functionalities;
• Coordinate with other module system analysts for integration requirements.

Development:
• Maintain and develop SAP RICEF.

Training:
• Prepare K-user training documents;
• Conduct SAP training for K-users.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Business or a related subject;
• At least 5 years' experience in SAP support and one SAP implementation project end-to-end;
• Expertise in SAP SD and/or MM;
• Having practical knowledge of integration with between SAP modules;
• Having a proven capability to influence business decisions by understanding requirements and describing the standard SAP business processes;
• Experience in defining new business processes, gathering systems requirements, setting up and executing tests, training, defining standard operation procedures;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good English communication skills and great customer service oriented approach.
