Mô tả công việc
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP module (Human Capital Management, Finance, Controlling, Procurement, …)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Design, customize, configure and test business requirements
- Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Document functional and technical designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum of 3+ years of SAP experience supporting relevant SAP module (HCM, FI, CO, MM, SRM, …)
- Experience in integration points with other SAP modules
- Experience in end to end implementation of SAP module
- Understanding of business processes in the relevant module
- Experience in design, configuration, and testing of SAP functions
- Experience with S/4HANA and FIORI advantage
- English writing and speaking skill is on the intermediate level; ability to work in stress and under pressure; self-control; time management skills; ability to work in a team; sense for personal responsibility
- Good communication and business relationship skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees
