Mô tả công việc
This role is responsible for (i) delivering training to Smart Credit Sale Force including product knowledge, bank policies & procedures, sales skills and (ii) providing support to Training Supervisor in monitoring training agenda & related training activities or building relevant training courses for SmartCredit.
- Deliver training to Sales Agent as planned
- Prepare training documents for a new class
- Evaluate results after each training session for continuously improvement of training quality
- Ensure the progress and quality of the designed training program are met, any issues (if any) are raised and solved properly
- Work closely with Team Leaders, Managers to provide appropriate training (if any), provide adhoc training as needed
- Other tasks as assigned from line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven at work experience as a Sales trainer at least 2 years
- Experience in a sales position or similar role (Team leader in customer service, financial, insurance…) is a plus
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Strong management, organization and planning skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
